Jacinta had breast augmentation in Thailand

In June 2011 I had breast augmentation at in Thailand. Unfortunately I was not blessed with a big bust so Breast Augmentation was something I had been considering for a while in order to feel more proportioned and more confident about my body.

I never had to think twice about having Breast Augmentation, however I did have to think twice about which country to have the procedure performed in – Australia or Thailand? Obviously cost was a major fact that I kept referring to, but I also had to keep in mind hospital hygiene, nurse care, recovery, plastic surgeon etc – the list goes on! After researching and exhausting every website possible, I came across Destination Beauty and I am so glad that I did! The thought of having surgery in a foreign country seemed so overwhelming so to find an agency that answers all my questions and organized basically everything was an absolute blessing to me! We had sent each other countless emails regarding the procedure as well as accommodation, flights and airport transfers. My rep was extremely helpful and replied to every email within 24 hrs, even on the weekends from her Blackberry when she wasn’t in the office. I first met her at the hospital the day after my surgery and she was lovely. She even bought me a small present. it was so nice to have someone do that especially when I travelled to Thailand on my own.

They came to check on me every half an hour and were always there whenever I needed their help with anything. I felt like I was right at home, they were so warm and welcoming.

I decided to get the incisions under my armpits. Recovery was painful but it’s worth it and I have never once regretted my decision.

If you decide to go to Thailand, I recommend bringing someone with you as being independent after surgery was quite a struggle, particularly with things like getting dressed and going shopping (you need someone to carry your bags!). Previously I was a C cup and now I am an E cup. I was given the choice of 475cc or 515cc. I wanted to go as big as possible so I chose 515cc and I have never looked back. I saved 70% compared with what it would cost me back home…70%!!! This makes plastic surgery in Thailand, and my breast implants procedure a lot cheaper in Thailand than in Australia.

I am happy to share my story with everyone because it was truly an amazing experience and I would do it all over again in a heartbeat. I loved it so much that I’m going back next year for other procedures!
