- Prizes are only valid for surgery in Bangkok, with surgery dates from July 2024 to May 31, 2025.
- Only valid for new bookings made from July 5 to October 31, 2024.
- Prizes are personal and cannot be transferred.
- This voucher is valid for surgery priced at least 195,000 THB.
- Medical clearance is required for surgery. There will be no refund of prizes if you fail medical clearance.
- The BMI range for gastric sleeves is 30-50.
- The BMI range for most plastic surgery procedures is a maximum of 30.
