Customer Service Executive – Job ID DB001

The job: you will be based on our Bangkok office, where you will be in daily contact with our clients. Your job is to help our clients arrange their plastic surgery holiday in Thailand.  You will be corresponding with our clients using email and telephone.

About You: Ideally you are a outgoing, detailed and with a drive to succeed. As our clients are mainly women, its probably an advantage to be a woman, however we do employ men as well. You are not afraid to pick up the phone and call clients. You get a long with people easily. You are interested in learning new things and you must be a team player. You may have some experience in the plastic surgery or customer service/call center field.

Your written English is perfect and the same with your spoken English. You may speak and write another language, which is an advantage.
