Dr. Pongsakorn graduated from Ramathibodi Medical School, Mahidol University with the Board of General Surgery from Department of Surgery, Ramathibodi Medical School, Thailand and a diploma of Surgery from Division of Plastic and Maxillofacial Surgery, Department of Surgery, Ramathibodi Medical School, Thailand.
He started his professional as Medical doctor at Trang General Hospital, Trang, South of Thailand, then later he joined Department of Surgery, Pranangklao General Hospital, Nontaburi, for a position of Plastic Surgeon.
His experiences and academic interests including attending a Short Course of Surgical Techniques and Pitfalls, and Visiting Scholar at the Department of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, Chang Gung University. With several academic seminars such as The Face Lift Symposium & Live Surgery Course of The Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Association of Thailand, and “Inaugural International Workshop on Sex Reassignment Surgery” and “Oriental Beauty, Beauty of the World” during The 9th International Congress of Oriental Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (OSAPS) in 2004.
He is a plastic surgeon at Bangkok Hospital Phuket, while he is still the active member of Medical Council of Thailand, Thai Board of General Surgery and Thai Board of Plastic Surgery, including The Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons of Thailand and The Royal Collage of Surgeon, Thailand
